Configure the email and SMS templates and when customers are contacted
This page allows you to edit the templates (6) and configure the frequency (7) at which the customers will be contacted. You can also specify whether you want to ask for reviews on additional visits (3). You may choose whether to keep negative reviews internal (2) so that they do not post on public review sites and automatically invite contacts in the system (1). Otherwise, you will need to manually invite them to review. The system also allows you to configure the display name (4) shown in the review requests.
